Shipping Info

Domestic Shipping 

We ship all US orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified in your order details.  Domestic shipping includes the continental United States.  Orders submitted via Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses are subject to shipping processing fees and shipped best method which includes UPS and/or USPS.  All orders placed by 3pm EST will ship same day.  Please note some packages may require signature and will not be released without signature which can result in delivery delay if no one is present at time of delivery.

International Shipping

Chameleon Accessories Boutique ships to most countries internationally upon request. Please submit your request via email to sales@shopchameleon.com and include interested merchandise items and mailing address and we will send you quote with shipping amount. Please note some countries with impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsive for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Foreign orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS Canada and can take 2 -4 weeks to receive. Please note some orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This mostly relates to orders with large quantities of shoes. If your order requires additional charges upon shipping you will be contacted to have funds collected or reauthorized. For shipping to Canada, expedited shipment cannot be guaranteed due to possible customs delay.

 

Return & Exchanges Policy


Chameleon Accessories Boutique via www.ShopChameleon.com takes great pride in providing awesome customer service and 100% satisfaction.  All US order of $75+ receives free shipping both ways.  An order below this threshold is responsible for return shipping costs.  Once your order is placed and shipped and for any reason not satisfied with your order you may easily exchange or refund within 15 days of arrival. 

Please note any items worn, washed and/or altered will not be accepted.  To complete refund and/or exchange an RMA number must be provided prior to returning items.  Any items shipped back without a recorded RMA number will be refused.  Orders marked “refused” will be charged the original shipping plus return ship fee incurred by us. 

  • All SALES are FINAL.  No returns and/or exchanges are accepted on any SALE items which includes promotions such as Super Sale Tuesday.
  • In the event your size is not accurate we grant exchanges for another size or item.  If item is not available a store credit is issued (no refunds processed).  We suggest you contact us to ensure your exchange item is being held for your exchange.
  • Chameleon Accessories Boutique is not responsible for any lost mail.  We strongly suggest you return your package with insurance and tracking so that you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. 
  • Once returns are received please allow us 24 – 48 hours to issue refund and can take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution to see credit.
